UWA Fencing Club - help needed |

To all fencers / parents.
The UWA AGM is set for Saturday 11th September from 12 noon, as I intend
to provide a BBQ lunch, if you could reply (with numbers) if you intend to attend,
so I can organise catering, it would be greatly appreciated.
If anyone is available to assist with the preparation of this lunch if you could
reply to this e-mail.
Also after many months of negotiation we have finally been given permission to use the under
stage area at the Claremont venue to store our fencing stock.
If anyone is available to assist in this move, on Sunday morning the 12th September from 9am on, could you
please contact me via e-mail.

To all fencers & parents.
Please be advised the UWA fencing club annual general meeting is to be held on Saturday 11th September 2010.
It will be at the Claremont gym venue, from 12.0.clock.
A light lunch will be provided.
At this time all committee positions will be open for nominations, so if you wish to get involved with the running of the club, please
advise me if you wish to nominate for:
- President
- Vice President
- Treasurer
- Secretary
- Promotions officer
- Tournament director.
Alternatively, if you are able assist the club on a more informal basis, please advise.
I wish to point out at this stage, that after many years as club president, I will not be re-nominating for the position.
I would like to thank everyone that has assisted the running of the club during my time as President.
If you have any items you would like added to the agenda, if you could provide details via e-mail, by the 6th September 2010.
